Orders may be canceled until they are processed. If your order has already been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 15 minutes of placing your order to increase the chances of a successful cancellation.

Because we process orders immediately to ship as quickly as possible, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has entered processing, packaging, or shipping, it can no longer be canceled.

Any order placed using multiple discount codes will be automatically canceled.

Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund or replacement if:

     - Your product is defective     - Your product was damaged during shipping     - Your order was delivered late

You have 30 days from the date your order is marked as “delivered” to submit a refund request.

After contacting us, we will:

     - Provide a return address

     - Allow you to choose between a refund or replacement

To ensure clarity and prevent misunderstandings, we may request photo or video proof before approving a refund.

All items included in the original order must be returned to us or our designated partner. Once we receive and verify the return, we will promptly issue your full refund to the original payment method.


Returns

Customers have the right to return their order within 30 days of delivery if:

     - The item is defective, or

     - The delivery was late

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or damaged, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost.
